If you signed up for eBilling after the billing/printing date this year, you will have received a paper bill instead of an eBill. You will receive your next bill as an eBill.
It’s also possible that your email address on file is not valid, your mailbox is full, or there is an issue with the third-party email provider. If your eBill was not successfully delivered, you may have been sent a paper bill as a follow up to ensure you received a copy of your bill.
